    I am a fuddy duddy that is against color coding! I realize that this makes me a grumpy old lady (figuratively). Objectively this looks very pretty - I think the black shelves really make the colors pop. Also I love the video.

    I had tried color coding my books once and it was VERY pretty but it drove me crazy that the books that were written by the same author weren't next to each other because they had different colors! But your books look beautiful!!! It reminds me of Chachic's photo on her page :D

    Super fun! It's beautiful. I've always wanted to do that but I already have too much chaos in my life. I'm scared to add to it. Maybe someday.

    AAAGGHH. YOU BRAVE SOUL. I'd never be able to do this...too much of a perfectionist...but mesmerizing video. I think I've watched it five times now. And what a huge library!

    This looks great but it would just drive me up the wall! I have to have my books sorted by genre and author... with all the series kept nicely together. ;-)

Interview with Sarah Rees Brennan + Giveaway!

You are all quite familiar by now with my obsession with The Demon's Lexicon trilogy (you can read my reviews of the first two books  here  and  here ).  I discovered book one at the end of last year and went absolutely wild with delight over the darkly twisting combination of work-their-way-under-your-skin characters and the sinister magical underbelly of the world they live in. Interview with April Lindner + Jane Giveaway!

I'm very excited about today's interviewee. As you know, I had been looking forward to the publication of Jane for months when a review copy happened in my lap and I let out a gasp of joy. Being a modernized retelling of Jane Eyre with a rock star-ized Mr. Rochester named Nico and a cover that hits every last one of my aesthetic buttons, it was sort of made to order for this reader.
